About us
Founder of ‘LMPC Services’ Ingrid Hatt started the business in 2024, having provided elements of the service for years, primarily on a voluntary basis around the demands of her own life.
Ingrid is an experienced Occupational Therapist by background and still actively registered to practice. Her diverse life experiences have gifted her with exceptional interpersonal skills and a rich, profound knowledge base. Ingrid treats every challenge in life as an opportunity to learn and grow. Her resourcefulness and resilience are evident as she constantly aims for excellence, all while staying true to her values of integrity and authenticity. She never compromises on what's important and always gives her best!
Coming from a Hampshire farming background where property and land development were the norm, alongside regular social interactions and a home set up for hospitality, Ingrid has high standards and expectations when it comes to service provision and an eye for detail whilst respecting each person’s individuality. Having lived in Zambia for several years Ingrid was involved in property development whilst retaining property within the UK which she rented out and helped remotely managed.
Ingrid lives with her three children (with the hopes of getting a dog soon) in a small, rural Hampshire village. She enjoys working for a charity she is passionate about and enjoys a wide variety of activities outside of work, most of which involve time with friends.
Ingrid in her own words:
"For me, life’s ultimate purpose isn’t about reaching a specific destination or moment in time. Instead, it’s about the journey itself. The richness of life comes from recognising that every day is a gift and finding something to be grateful for in each moment. I believe that people are more important than possessions, health and wellbeing are more valuable than status, and I prefer having space over accumulating ‘stuff’. It’s a wonderful privilege to come alongside others, helping to streamline, organise, and support their lives in a way that’s unique to them, bringing value and trusted friendship. I truly love interacting with those I meet, and I also cherish the sounds and sights of nature every single day. As a country girl who enjoys going to town, I find joy in both the simplicity of rural life and the vibrancy of urban experiences."
