Property Care

Whether you’re away for a week, a month, or dividing your time between multiple homes, we’re here to help manage your property with care and precision.

Having a trusted partner at the end of the phone to assist with the management of a second property becomes invaluable when something needs checking on or verifying. At LMPC Services we will respond as efficiently as possible to any concerns you may have whilst you are away from your property.

Whilst we are not a property agent, we can be your ‘Girl Friday’ on the ground and assist with checks, facilitate appointments, oversee minor home repairs and improvements, and be a trusted key holder in order to efficiently respond.

When you are away on holiday or for any length of time, we can provide support with the basic checks for your peace of mind, or tailor make a package which could include looking after your home during your absence and having it personally ready for you on your return.

Holiday package

  • Bespoke arrangement to ensure your home is looked after during your time away. Can include receiving your shopping in order to have everything just the way you'd like it on your return.

Packages

As every client has unique requirements, we offer a range of packages to reflect this:​

Option 1: simply Pay As You Go. Pay a flat rate per hour or a day rate for 3+ hours.

Option 2: Monthly Time  on Account. Enjoy a 15% discount when you buy 8 hours a month for a minimum of 3 months, with any additional ad hoc hours also discounted.

Option 3: Six Month Time on Account. Enjoy a 10% discount and buy 8 hours of time to use it as you need to over a 6 month period. Simply purchase more time as you need it.

Option 4 – Annual Agreement. A bespoke agreement can be discussed in order to accommodate your requirements. 

Option 5 Task based. A one off agreed charge for a specific request (for example, the overseeing of the process to complete a LPOA).
